  • Curating My X Feed: Choosing Positivity, Personal Beliefs, and the Lifestyle I Crave

In a world overflowing with noise, division, and endless hot takes, I made a deliberate choice to shape my X (formerly Twitter) experience around what truly matters to me. My entire account is now intentionally curated to reflect my personal beliefs and, above all, to center positivity.

Smartphone held in hands showing time 07:18 and text Calm & Connected against fiery and smoky background

I want my feed to uplift, inspire, and align with the kind of life I am actively building—one rooted in growth, joy, healing, and possibility. That does not mean I live in a bubble or ignore reality. It simply means I am protective of my mental and emotional space.

Yes, I do follow a handful of accounts that could be described as strong Trump supporters—people who sometimes come across as riding the “Trump can do no wrong” wave. I am fully aware of the echo-chamber risk there. I approach them with the same healthy skepticism I apply to sports accounts, news outlets, or any single-source content. I do not take everything at face value, and I cross-reference when something feels off.

I am not on X primarily for political analysis or to debate policy. I am there to be inundated with feel-good positivity and reminders of the lifestyle I crave—wellness, personal development, meaningful connections, beauty, humor, and inspiration. Those accounts, even with their strong biases, often deliver bursts of optimism, patriotism, or motivational energy that resonate with the uplifting vibe I want more of.

At the end of the day, social media should serve you—not drain you, enrage you, or pull you into endless negativity loops. I have unfollowed, muted, and blocked enough accounts to create a space that feels like a warm, intentional garden rather than a battlefield.

My feed is not perfect, and it is not meant to be a complete reflection of the world. It is a reflection of the world I am choosing to create for myself. One post, one follow, and one boundary at a time.

Some of my favorite social media follows are:

    •  @PeytonElroy : a wellness and spiritual healing-focused account with over 61,000 followers. Setting a consistent tone of optimism, empowerment, and alternative health perspectives, Peyton posts a mix of personal stories (especially her father’s recent stage 4 colon cancer “healing” journey). and practical health tips (e.g., hibiscus tea for inflammation, dates for heart rhythm stabilization via potassium, broccoli sprouts, blueberries, soursop). I particularly love the spiritual/energy concepts (auras, emotional states influencing physical health, colors affecting energy, the idea that everyone is inherently “spiritual”) and relationship/life advice (e.g., how to stand out when approaching beautiful women by complimenting non-physical traits). The tone is warm, encouraging, and emoji-heavy (lots of hearts, flowers, and green tones). Posts often include disclaimers like “I’m not claiming this cures cancer alone” while sharing strong opinions and anecdotes. Recent content has leaned heavily into cancer discussions—viewing it as inflammation, potentially linked to parasites or trauma, with emphasis on mindset, diet, and natural compounds rather than fear-based conventional narratives (my own personal belief).

It appeals to audiences interested in faith-based personal development, neuroscience-informed emotional health, and mature views on love and identity. Content is positive, relational, and growth-oriented rather than purely dating-strategy focused. This account is warm, empowering, and reflective. Posts often explore:
      • Healthy relationships and love dynamics (e.g., references to Yellowstone’s Rip and Beth as an ideal of a strong man supporting a fiery, intelligent woman; the importance of entering relationships as a “whole” person rather than seeking fulfillment from a partner).
      • Self-acceptance, authenticity, and resilience (e.g., disagreement as a sign of staying true to yourself; embracing your “weird” side).
      • Faith-first mindset (“Jesus first always”), emotional wholeness, and devotional partnership.al advice, and light community interaction.
    •  @TrinaNuance (Trina Nuance || The Fractional Muse 🌿🌞🌊) is slightly different than my other follows. She is thoughtful writer, coach, and strategist with a philosophical, introspective style focused on personal growth, mindset, entrepreneurship, and human behavior. Trina shares long-form reflections, threads, and insights on: Self-awareness & transformation — Dark night of the soul, breaking self-sabotaging cycles, shifting from external to internal locus of control, and authoring new self-fulfilling prophecies., Parasocial relationships, narrative-building, perception biases, and cultural shifts (e.g., craving analog experiences like handwritten letters).  Her tone is wise, empathetic, and nuanced — often weaving personal experience, client stories, and cultural observations. She positions herself as a bridge between worlds (e.g., founders building in the dark, inner work vs. business goals) with a creative, almost poetic voice. Content resonates with introspective entrepreneurs, creators, and those on personal development journeys. It is more reflective/strategic than purely motivational or tactical.
    • And my kooky health beliefs lead me to accounts like @AlpacaAurelius (Carnivore Aurelius ©🥩 ☀️🦙) a highly popular health, wellness, and lifestyle influencer on X known for promoting carnivore/ancestral diets, natural living, and anti-modern-food messaging. He posts short, punchy advice, memes, book recommendations, and visual comparisons that criticize processed/seed-oil-heavy foods while praising meat, sunlight, walking, and traditional lifestyles. Common themes include: Diet & Nutrition — Strong advocacy for carnivore or nose-to-tail eating, local/farm-fresh produce over industrial options (e.g., local farm strawberries vs. Driscolls), and warnings against “the shit” in modern foods, Lifestyle — Sunlight, movement (walking), positive mindset, and simple joys (e.g., Spain’s longevity linked to meat, olive oil, wine, and activity), Mindset & Philosophy — Anti-worry messages, book lists blending spirituality (Tao Te Ching, Untethered Soul) with self-development and ancestral health (e.g., Nutrition and Physical Degeneration).  The tone is motivational, meme-friendly, contrarian, and humorous, often with a Stoic/Aurelius-inspired flair mixed with bro-science and wellness maximalism. He sells or promotes related products like clean collagen and coffee.
  • My deepest passion is nutrition — but ultimately, it’s all for him

    What are you passionate about?

He is the prize at the end of the journey. To fully receive that gift and build the life I dream of with him, I have made my health non-negotiable. Nutrition is not just a hobby for me; it is something I can wax poetic about for hours with genuine excitement. I have explored it all — from the MAHA movement (seed oils, fluoride, ultra-processed additives, and all the hidden toxins) to Ray Peat’s principles and everything in between. I have lived the experiments myself: vegan, gluten-free, paleo, keto. I have been underweight and overweight. Through trial and error, I have learned what truly makes the body and mind thrive.

A glowing, multicolored heart-shaped swirl glimmers vividly in space.

A brain injury years ago left me with some lasting effects I can be self-conscious about. It does not stop me from loving deeply or building a lasting relationship— as seen in my current form attracting him (thankfully, the “disability” does not seem to bother him at all), but I still carry that quiet desire to show up as my strongest, healthiest self. I want to move through life with ease — for me, and especially for him.

    Currently. Wifely duties from afar.

Because more than anything, I long to be his perfect little housewife. I can already manage it beautifully with one hand, but two steady hands would let me pour even more love into our home. And yes — almost every girl dreams of the aisle. So I am committed to walking strong, not just so I can hold his hand while we stroll down the street or along the beach, but so I can walk down that damn aisle toward him, radiant and ready for forever.

  • Why Settle for Basic When You Can Be His Ultimate Arm Candy?

Why Settle for Basic When You Can Be His Ultimate Arm Candy?

In a world drowning in sloppy sweatpants, filtered selfies, and the exhausting cult of “I’m a strong independent woman who don’t need no man,”: a woman should not only be beautiful. She should be dangerously interesting.

Beauty opens doors, sure. It turns heads, stops conversations mid-sentence, and makes weak men stutter. But beauty without substance? That is just expensive wallpaper. Pretty to look at until someone better walks by.  Why do you think men are always leaving the Halle Berrys and Victoria’s Secret models?!

It is a honor to be beautiful. Own it. Revel in it. Wake up every morning and treat your femininity like the rare, intoxicating weapon it is. Keep your legs (and the rest of your body) smooth like it is foreplay. Move with the kind of grace that makes other women clutch their pearls and men adjust their pants. Speak with eloquence that drips like honey—slow, deliberate, unforgettable. Wear the dress that shows off every bone like it is personally offended by fabric. Because your body, your presence, your entire aura is a privilege, not a participation trophy.

Woman in green dress looking out window at city skyline during sunset
    Be elegant, not powerful

But here is where the modern girlies lose the plot: please do not dare stop there.

Your man does not just want a pretty face on his arm at events. He wants a woman who makes his blood run hot, his mind race, and his ego feel like that of a king. Beauty gets you in the door. Depth keeps you locked in his bed, his heart, and his future. Cook for him like you are seducing his soul. Laugh at his jokes even when they are mid, but roast him when he deserves it—sharp, playful, never bitter. Read books. Have opinions that are not just recycled social media drivel. Know when to be soft and yielding and when to challenge him just enough.

My boyfriend was initially drawn to me because of my edgy and controversial personality that I exhibited on my old X account (Twitter). I have always been book smart— not naturally intelligent— but my man is always amazed by the amount of information I retain. I am obsessed with listening to podcasts (although I have been on a bit of a hiatus) and yes I read X.com like it is my personality curated newspaper. So I tend to be well versed and able to discuss his interests with him. (But I also had a fire profile picture…)

How I do the “news”/ stay interesting now

Yes, it has always been my number one goal to be arm candy for my husband.

    YES, please

I did not stumble into this. I craved it for years before I even met him. While my friends were out chasing careers, validation from strangers, and that mythical “self-love” that somehow always required new hair dye and more therapy, I was curating myself like a masterpiece. I was sitting there in my wheelchair all fat and bloated— just daydreaming about the day my husband can show me off. I wanted to be the woman other men envy and other women quietly resent. I still do. The one who turns heads in the restaurant and makes his hand instinctively tighten on my waist. The trophy that is not just shiny but sharp as a blade underneath.

And now? I take immense pleasure in being exactly that for my man.

A single chess queen piece illuminated on a wooden chessboard in a dim room

There is something deliciously powerful about being on his arm, knowing every eye is on us—and that I am the one he gets to take home, unwrap, and ruin. I love being the visual feast he shows off and the private obsession he devours behind closed doors. I crave the way people glance a second too long and then look away because they know they could never have this. I love the quiet pride in his eyes when I charm, when I look flawless at four a.m. with bed hair that somehow still looks intentionality messy, when I anticipate his needs before he voices them.

Call it outdated. Call it anti-feminist. I call it honest.

Because let me be real: the “girlboss” who spends her nights crying into takeout because her “high-value” standards left her with a vibrator and an empty calendar is not winning. She is exhausted. Meanwhile, I am glowing, desired, and secure in the kind of traditional dynamic that actually satisfies something primal in both of us.

Femininity is not weakness. It is strategy. It is power wrapped in silk and perfume. Being beautiful is the baseline. Being interesting—the kind of interesting that makes him obsessed—is the flex. And being unapologetically his arm candy? That is the victory lap.

Maybe it is time to stop competing with men and start completing the one worth keeping.

  • Spring Awakening and Manifestation

    Spring Awakening and Manifestation

March twentieth, twenty-twenty- six : the vernal equinox arrived at 10:46 a.m. Eastern. For one perfect moment, day and night were in perfect balance. The universe seemed to hit pause, exhale deeply, and whisper, “Okay… new chapter.”

Astronomers see it as simple celestial mechanics: Earth’s tilt finally neutral, the Sun crossing directly over the equator. But astrologers know it as the real New Year. The Sun slips into Aries—the bold, head-butting ram—and the message is loud and clear: “Let’s fucking go.

No formal resolutions. No champagne (unfortunately). Just raw, fiery momentum.

Winter has finally stopped sulking. Everything is waking up. Bulbs are cracking through the soil, birds are screaming at dawn, and your skin is already aching for the sun. It is not random. The planet is rebooting. The energy is higher, sharper, alive.

This is the time to release the old baggage—the heavy thoughts, the stale patterns that have been holding you back. Aries energy does not do polite. It is fire. It is passion. It says: “do it now.” (Almost as if it was a Nike slogan).

But here is the secret: balance comes first. Equal light, equal dark. Plant your intentions slowly, deliberately. Manifest, yes—but then get to work. The universe does not hand out rewards for wishes alone. It responds to movement. It rewards those who prove they are worthy of what they are asking for.

Me? Tonight I will be sleeping with my crystal under my pillow—not to beg for wishes, but to show gratitude. I have learned the hard way that desperate praying and bargaining usually pushes what you want even further away. The universe rarely delivers on a silver platter exactly as you pictured it. Instead, it shows up in its own clever, roundabout way.

Last year’s mess was just fertilizer. Spring is not only about flowers (though I do love me some flowers). It is living proof that nothing stays buried forever. The cosmos do not do accidents—the universe does cycles. And right now, we are standing at the starting line.

So grab your coffee, step outside, and feel the shift. This year feels brand new—not because the calendar flipped, but because the stars say so.

We are also in the Year of the Fire Horse. In the Chinese zodiac, the same animal sign returns every twelve years. For example, my mom and my boyfriend are both born in the year of the Dog. However, they are not the same age. They are just twelve years apart. And 1990? That was the Year of the Metal Horse. Which makes this my year.  I am a fiery horse!

Everything happens for a reason. There is no such thing as purely negative—only upside waiting to be uncovered. Maybe the year itself does not even matter that much. What is meant for you will find you one way or another. I choose to believe that the universe is on my side, though.

  • My Passion for Nutrition pt. 1

My Passion for Nutrition pt. 1

Let’s take a little hiatus from reminiscing about the past (it is not the easiest time of my life to relive). I want to talk nutrition. One of my passions in life. Something I can go on and on about. I already mentioned that I am absolutely enthralled by the movements being made by RFK and the current administration. One of the main targets is: glyphosate.

Glyphosate works by blocking an enzyme plants need to grow, so glyphosate is used to prevent the growth of invasive plants (i.e weeds)— think Roundup—plus it is an incredibly cheap product so obviously it is being used a lot throughout the country : farms, lawns, and even city parks.

Studies show that glyphosate can be carcinogenic when used heavily. Roundup has had to pay billions of dollars in damages because their products were proven to give users Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (plus caused the death of a pet!)

This does not bode well for our farmers; as there is currently no other alternative for ridding the environment from weeds. Somehow European countries have figured out a way to grow their crops without having to deal with weeds/ needing a chemical to get rid of them.

So now the American people have to worry about gut bacteria, hormone tweaks, even birth defects— as traces of glyphosate are found throughout our food.  The new “trend” of gluten intolerance points to the fact it may be the substance that we spray our wheat with — not the wheat itself—as it is not a prevalent allergy in other parts of the world. Yes, glyphosate kills weeds great, but is it worth it?

It appears as though we are only getting sicker in this country. I am no doctor or scientist; I am just a girl who has had her fair share of issues with food and I simply love “bro science” and listening to podcasts with Gary Brecka and Robert F. Kennedy jr.

I lived a gluten free lifestyle for years. Thanks to my Functional Neurologist, I learned that this diet was beneficial for my arm’s erratic movements. And ultimately, because I did not have any actual reactions to gluten, I chose to enjoy the food I was craving. It is not like I am about to eat an entire pizza or loaf of bread again, but goddammit, if my man wants to take me to a nice restaurant… I am going to enjoy every bite. However I acknowledge the fact that our crops and our wheat is tainted so I do opt for all organic and the most natural sources available.
